Gentle Yoga is slow-paced vinyasa flow to warm up the body. This class focuses on gentle stretches and breathing, as well as simple movements designed to systematically increase the range of motion of every major joint and increase energy. Our 3-K and Pre-K For All classrooms are designed for 18 children and contain one (1) head teacher and one (1) assistant teacher. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
